Pro tip: Batch this cocktail in advance for easy party prep. Simply multiply the ingredients by the number of desired servings, stir in a large pitcher filled with ice, strain into a new pitcher and refrigerate until ready to use.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Plantation 5-year rum
1 oz. fresh orange juice
1 oz. fresh pineapple juice
1 oz. grenadine
½ oz. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. El Sembrador passion fruit pulp*
Dash Angostura bitters
Orange slice and cherry, for garnish
PREPARATION
• Combine the rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, lime juice, passion fruit syrup and bitters in shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain over ice in a Hurricane or Collins glass. Garnish with the orange slice and cherry and serve with a straw.
*El Sembrador passion fruit pulp is available frozen at Jay International Foods. Thaw before use.
