• Pulse the sliced strawberries in a blender or food processor.

• Add the milk, yogurt and honey; pulse until smooth.

• Pour into glasses and chill 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

• Top each smoothie with a whole strawberry and sprinkle with nuts.

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup fat-free or reduced-fat milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey
2 whole strawberries for garnish
1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped pistachio nuts
