Method:
• Mix ingredients in bowl. Store tightly in sealed jar in a cool dark place.

3/4 cup Hungarian paprika
1/4 cup black pepper, freshly ground
1/4 cup celery salt
1/4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
Zest from 3-4 lemons, dried and minced
