This apple chutney can also be used to flavor turkey gravy. Duff's serves this gravy over sage-cheddar biscuits.

• Bring the water, apple juice, cranberry juice, rice wine vinegar and orange juice to a boil.

• Add the onion, red pepper, mustard seeds, salt, pepper, ginger and cinnamon. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the onions are soft.

• Add the sugars, apples, raisins and cranberries and stir to thoroughly combine. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cool before serving.

1 cup water
1 cup apple juice
½ cup cranberry juice
½ cup rice wine vinegar
½ cup orange juice
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
1 small red pepper, finely diced
1 Tbsp. brown mustard seeds
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger or jarred ginger, minced
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 cups diced dried apples
½ cup golden raisins
½ cup dried cranberries
