Swade Cannabis has launched The Church on Delmar, a cannabis-friendly event venue located above its Delmar Loop dispensary in a restored church at 6166 Delmar Blvd. The space, described as the first of its kind in the region, is designed to host corporate events, weddings, art shows, lectures and community gatherings, with the option to incorporate a curated cannabis experience.

Set in the heart of the Delmar Loop, The Church on Delmar blends the character of a historic St. Louis landmark with contemporary cannabis culture. The surrounding six-block district is known for its concentration of music venues, restaurants and independent shops, and the venue aims to reflect that energy by prioritizing local artists, vendors and service providers for events. Inside, the space features stained glass windows by artist Marissa Favazza, curated local art, and flexible floor plans suited for both large and small groups.

“The Church on Delmar was created to bring people together, not just around cannabis, but around creativity, connection, and community,” said Joey Pintozzi, chief revenue and strategy officer for BeLeaf Medical and project manager for the venue. “The cannabis landscape is growing, and this space celebrates consumption on a level that is brand new to our region.”

The venue also reflects Swade’s broader community-focused approach. Founded in 2021 as one of Missouri’s first dispensaries, Swade operates 11 locations statewide and is owned by BeLeaf Medical, a vertically integrated company known for its Sinse brand of flower-based products. Organizers say The Church on Delmar is intended to function as a neighborhood resource, with an emphasis on local partnerships and charitable events that keep economic and cultural benefits within the community.

Room rentals range from $150 to $500 per hour, with tiered packages available for corporate, college, community and social events. Optional add-ons include budtender service, mocktail bars, décor packages and on-site concierge support. The venue operates daily from 10 a.m. to midnight.

For private cannabis-friendly events, guests can purchase flower, pre-rolls, vapes and other products directly from the Swade dispensary located below the event space, through on-site sales, pre-orders or kiosks during events. All cannabis events are private, limited to guests 21 and older, and comply with state regulations. Professional ventilation and smoke filtration systems are in place, and alcohol service is permitted for licensed caterers and non-cannabis events.More information and reservations are available at thechurchondelmar.org.

The Urge releases 30th anniversary pre-rolls in a tin that plays their songs https://www.saucemagazine.com/cannabis-2/the-urge-releases-30th-anniversary-pre-rolls-in-a-tin-that-plays-their-songs/ Mon, 17 Nov 2025 22:23:55 +0000 https://www.saucemagazine.com/?p=47827

You can soon buy pre-roll tins that play music by St. Louis rock icons The Urge.

HyRule Cannabis has just announced another local music collaboration, this time teaming up with St. Louis rock icons The Urge. The partnership marks the 30th anniversary of the band’s breakthrough album Receiving the Gift of Flavor and introduces a limited-edition product with a collectible twist.

To honor the milestone, HyRule is releasing The Urge Pre-Roll Tin on Dec. 1. Each tin includes five pre-rolls and features a built-in audio element that plays tracks from the album when opened.

“It’s wild to think it’s been 30 years since Receiving the Gift of Flavor came out,” said Steve Ewing, lead singer of The Urge, and co-owner of Steve’s Hot Dogs. “To see the music still connecting with people and now being part of something so creative and homegrown like this HyRule collab it feels like a full-circle moment for us and for St. Louis.”

The launch follows HyRule’s successful collaboration earlier this year with El Monstero, whose own collectible pre-roll tin became a hit among local fans. (The bands share a few members.)

“When HyRule approached us, we loved the idea of tying the vibe of a live show to something tangible,” said Mark Quinn of El Monstero. “Music and cannabis have always gone hand in hand – it’s part of the experience.”

Jimmy Griffin of El Monstero added, “We’re all about that St. Louis spirit, creativity, and doing things with a little flair. This partnership captures that perfectly.”

HyRule views these collaborations as a way to celebrate Missouri’s creative culture, not just a marketing play. “One of our goals has always been to build authentic connections between Missouri’s music culture and cannabis community,” said Scott Gertken, director of sales and marketing at HyRule Cannabis.

Both The Urge and El Monstero pre-rolls come in multiple strains with an infused option. El Monstero products are already available, and The Urge tins will hit dispensary shelves statewide – including at Swade, North, Missouri Wild Alchemy, The Heights, Verts and Green Releaf – beginning Dec. 1.

Fans can catch both bands live this holiday season at The Pageant: The Urge performs Nov. 28, while El Monstero returns Dec. 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 26 and 27.

Rosin edibles stand apart from distillate thanks to a cleaner, solventless process that preserves the plant’s natural cannabinoids and terpenes.

Rosin edibles stand apart from distillate thanks to a cleaner, solventless process that preserves the plant’s natural cannabinoids and terpenes. The result is a richer flavor and effects that feel closer to smoking flower. While they take more work to produce and often cost a bit more, rosin gummies deliver a depth that’s worth the upgrade. Here are three we have been loving recently.

Dialed In Gummies
Dialed In Gummies recently landed in Missouri, and we are here for it. They offer a diverse range of strains, flavors and dosages, each delivering a delightful taste with a smooth profile, although the terpene flavor doesn’t come through as strongly on the palate as it does the nose. The uplifting sativa gummies particularly shine with options from classic 10-milligram packs to higher doses for a more potent experience. For nighttime use, the acai berry sleep gummy with THC, CBD and CBN (a lesser-known cannabinoid that promotes relaxation) works wonders to promote deep, restful sleep. The cherry indica gummies also impressed us, offering another soothing option for a tranquil night’s rest. dialedingummies.com

Good Tide
You’ll have to cross the river for these treats, but they’re worth the trip to Illinois. We sampled the passion fruit flavor, which was surprisingly delicious and formulated for sleep support, with 10 milligrams each of THC, CBD, and CBN. These gummies combine indica single-strain rosin with the calming properties of CBN and CBD, infused with tropical passion fruit to help you drift off. They offer a variety of other flavors and strains, and we’re already looking forward to trying the uplifting pineapple on our next Good Tide adventure.

Show-Me Organics
This cannabis brand has a few stellar rosin gummies. Vivid takes a thoughtful, single-strain approach, letting each gummy showcase the natural flavors and effects of its flower without masking them with traditional fruit flavors. We tried the delicious Alien Mintz and Fruit Gusherz flavors, both clocking in at 15 milligrams of THC. It’s like tasting the strain itself, but reimagined as a fruity experience that mirrors smoking or dabbing it. Buoyant Bob, on the other hand, leans into fun. The brand’s Raft gummies deliver 50 milligrams of hash rosin THC, perforated into eight smaller pieces with just 6.25 milligrams per piece, with a flavor that channels playful Baja Blast vibes.

4 Hands Brewing Co. is launching 4 Hands Cannabis Co., starting with a line of three functional beverages.

The post 4 Hands Brewing Co. expands into cannabis beverages appeared first on Sauce Magazine: Intelligent Content For The Food Fascinated.

4 Hands Brewing Co. has long been killing the game when it comes to beer, seltzer and NA beverages, so naturally the next step for them is cannabis. We love to see it.

The St. Louis-based brewery is expanding its innovative beverage portfolio with the formation of 4 Hands Cannabis Co., a new venture dedicated to crafting hemp-derived delta-9 THC and adaptogen-infused drinks made with real fruit juice. The goal: to deliver the same creativity, balance and quality that fans have come to expect from 4 Hands.

The first three offerings – Zest, Raz and Trop – will debut Friday, Nov. 7, at each of the 4 Hands locations: LaSalle Park, just outside downtown St. Louis, Kirkwood and Chesterfield. A statewide retail rollout will ensue the week of Nov. 10. Each will be available in four-packs and single 12-ounce cans.

“The creation of 4 Hands Cannabis Co. and this initial lineup reflect our passion for exploring what’s next in flavor and experience,” said Kevin Lemp, 4 Hands president and founder. “We’re excited to take our curiosity, craftsmanship and talent for innovation into a new space, creating beverages that are bright, balanced and built for moments of connection, creativity and calm.”

Each of the flavors will be infused with 5 milligrams of hemp-derived delta-9 THC to start, with 10 milligram versions to come in January.

Zest is an effervescent blend of lemon and yuzu that’s bright, citrusy and full of energy. It also features cordyceps, an adaptogenic mushroom that keeps the body moving and the mind in the moment.

Raz fuses wild raspberry, lime and a hint of rose for a bright, tangy and beautifully balanced sip that’s infused with goji berries, the ancient superfruit known for its vitality boost.

Trop blends passion fruit, mango and guava into a juicy, sun-soaked escape. Light and lush, it also includes reishi mushrooms, an adaptogen known to promote relaxation.

“We’ve been studying the cannabis game forever and we see massive opportunity,” Lemp said. “We’re going for a more functional beverage, and in addition to those ingredients, they all have 5% juice. We’re a brand full of innovation and this in another bucket that doesn’t compete with what we’re currently doing. It’s a disruptive bucket, and we feel like we have to be there.”

Keep an eye on 4 Hands’ social platforms @4HandsGreen for updates.

Swade Cannabis is reigniting its popular canna-culinary series with the return of Best Buds: Toasted Harvest, a fall lineup of infused dining events in October and November. The Missouri-based dispensary network, which operates 11 locations across the state, will showcase collaborations with some of St. Louis’ top culinary talent, blending seasonal flavors with creative cannabis experiences.

The Best Buds series has previously featured notable local chefs including Nick Bognar, Logan Ely of Press, and Alex Henry of El Molino. This third installment continues the tradition with three new events focused on autumnal ingredients and imaginative infused pairings. Partners include executive chef Ana Hall of Soul 2 Soul, who will host the first-ever outdoor Best Buds experience; Tim Wiggins of Lazy Tiger, who will incorporate the series into his popular Halloween pop-up, Corpse Reviver; and Andrew Cisernos of Brasas, who will present an infused Peruvian feast.

Each dinner will utilize High Five’s Stiribles, a chef-curated, cannabis-infused product designed for food and beverages.

“As we head into our third Best Buds dinner series in St. Louis, we’re thrilled to see the excitement continue to grow,” said Brandon Cavanagh, director of marketing at Swade. “This season marks our very first outdoor dining experience with executive chef Ana Hall at Urban Buds: City Grown Flowers, which is also our first Best Buds brunch. We’re also excited for our first themed Best Buds experience at Corpse Reviver. Whether guests are coming out to try vibrant Peruvian flavors, Halloween-inspired mocktails and bites, or to eat amongst a sprawling flower farm, we are stoked to continue creating approachable, cannabis-friendly moments that bring people together in memorable ways.”

The Best Buds: Toasted Harvest series kicks off with chef Ana Hall’s infused brunch at Urban Buds: City Grown Flowers on Sunday, Oct. 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests will enjoy farm tours, garden-fresh cocktails, storytelling, and a multi-course infused menu featuring dishes like Bloody Mary deviled eggs, mini BLT croissants, and shrimp n’ biscuits. Tickets are $125.

“Collaborating with Urban Buds: City Grown Flowers and Swade is a unique joy,” said Hall. “Together they inspire me to craft an unforgettable experience where guests leave inspired, delighted, and immersed in lasting memories, unique flavors, and a deeper appreciation for creativity and community.”

The series continues on Tuesday, Oct. 28, with “Corpse Reviver” at Lazy Tiger, where Tim Wiggins will lead a spooky-themed dinner featuring a welcome mocktail, two infused non-alcoholic cocktails, and a three-course menu. Dishes will include spicy shrimp ceviche, chili-glazed pork belly, and chorizo and broccolini tamales. Two seatings will be offered at 5 p.m. and 7:45 p.m., with tickets priced at $60.

“We had such a great time with the first Best Buds that we knew we wanted to do it again,” said Wiggins. “This round, we’re leaning into spooky, seasonal flavors at Corpse Reviver, showing people how fun, flavorful, and elevated cannabis pairings can be.”

Rounding out the St. Louis events, chef Andrew Cisneros of Brasas will host an infused Peruvian dinner on Monday, Nov. 10, featuring dishes such as smoky pollo a la brasa, zesty ceviche, and bold, spice-driven infused sauces. More details will be announced soon on Swade and Brasas’ social media channels.

Swade will also bring Best Buds: Toasted Harvest to Kansas City this November, partnering with Fox and Pearl and The Westside Local. The Kansas City series marks Swade’s first infused dining events in the region and follows the company’s recent expansion into five new dispensaries there.

Cute, convenient and ultra-effective, the one-hit-wonder pen is easily our favorite vape product we’ve ever tried.

The post Limited-edition vape supports brain cancer research in Missouri appeared first on Sauce Magazine: Intelligent Content For The Food Fascinated.

Timeless, a cannabis lifestyle brand known for its bold design and community-driven mission, has launched its third annual Shred for the Cure campaign, centered around the coolest limited-edition flip case and battery combo designed by Kansas City artist John F. Malta. Though we’ve mainly covered edibles in the past, this pen and its case are such standouts that they warranted coverage, plus it’s raising money for a good cause.

Cute, convenient and ultra-effective, the one-hit-wonder pen is easily our favorite vape product we’ve ever tried – for real, one hit will carry you through for hours. It also delivers a flavorful experience thanks to the added terpenes, but it doesn’t taste artificial, something we’ve come to dislike in many vape products. This was also our first foray into a flip case for a pen, and we’re not sure how we lived so long without one.

This year’s campaign, once again in partnership with Kansas City brain cancer survivor and cannabis advocate DJ Stewart, benefits Head for the Cure, a nonprofit dedicated to brain cancer research and support. All profits from the special-edition pen go directly to the cause, and participating dispensaries across six states, including Missouri, will contribute localized donations.

Since launching, Shred for the Cure has raised more than $58,000. Timeless has set this year’s fundraising goal at $42,000, with efforts running through June 30.

For Stewart, who now travels the country with his wife and caregiver Erin to attend Head for the Cure events, the campaign is personal. “I love getting to interact with other survivors and people going through what I went through,” he said. “And it’s just as gratifying to see Erin bring the same joy to caregivers.”

“DJ and Erin are extraordinary human beings,” said Kyle Webb, VP of Marketing at Timeless. “Shred for the Cure has become more than a fundraiser – it’s a community movement that reflects everything Timeless stands for.”

Timeless is available at many dispensaries around town. Check out the availability map here. For more information and campaign updates, visit @alwaystimeless.co on Instagram.
