Toast butter side-down in a heavy skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes. \n      <\/p> <p>&#149; Remove the roll, reduce the heat to low and melt the remaining 1 teaspoon butter in the hot skillet. Crack the egg into the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook until the egg white is opaque and the yolk reaches desired doneness, about 1 minute.\n      <\/p> <p>&#149; While the egg is cooking, spread the chimichurri aioli on the toasted ciabatta.
