This affords the Sauce team unique access to stories that engage and influence our readership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><i>Sauce<\/i> has received many prestigious honors, including the American Society of Magazine Editor&#8217;s award for Most Delicious cover for its April 2017 issue. In 2015, <i>Sauce<\/i> was named Magazine of the Year at the Great Plains Journalism Awards. It has also received numerous other honors for writing, design and photography including, Best Food Column for contributor Kellie Hynes from the Association of Food Journalists in 2013. Sauce contributing writer Stacy Schultz was a finalist for a 2013 AFJ award which recognizes excellence in food writing and editing in the category of Best Newspaper Food Feature and she earned the prestigious M.F.K. Fisher Award from Les Dames d&#8217;Escoffier Int&#8217;l (LDEI) for her piece, Lox of Love.
